Great place to camp. This is my favorite area in the entire Southwest. You are about halfway between Page, Arizona and Kanab, Utah on Highway 89. This is where I camp whenever I'm lucky enough to get a permit to hike The Wave. The BLM office is right there too, so you can always be up to date about the weather and road conditions, which is the smartest thing you can do when you are out and about in this area. Be prepared. Take lots of water; but, more important, drink it.

Nice camping area, just next to Paria. There are 2 restrooms and they both were clean.

Primitive campsite with a pit toilet and 6 or 7 campgrounds. Each one has a fire ring and a picnic table. It is along the Paria River. There are some great sandstone cliffs next the camp for hiking and exploring after dinner. If the campground is full there were a couple spots closer to highway that you could setup a tent.

Beautiful spot to camp but 2 miles of wash board to drive in there. There is an outhouse. It is Forest service camping and is free.

Just finished Buckskin gulch in a day and this campground was nice. The toilets are well maintained and clean. There are only 4 or 5 official campsites but plenty of room to just pitch your tent. It's a very beautiful area.
